Remember, strategic wins the war and tactical wins the battles. You all know who Tide Soap is. While all the other soap companies were tactical, Tide went strategic. We can and will too. Back in the 60s and 70s Tide ran massive TV commercials and direct mail campaigns. They were always addressing and educating the market on getting your clothes cleaner and brighter. They were always coming out with new and improved soap and demonstrated scientific facts. They educated the masses about laundry.. They ran 10 TV ads to 1 of all other competitors put together. Remember ALL, SURF, SALVO, GAIN, OXYDAL, BORAX, IVORY, etc.

They also produced 20 different varieties of laundry soap. Tide with cleaning crystals, Tide with Bleach; Tide unscented, Tide spring fresh scent. Tide original scent, Liquid Tide, Powdered Tide, Tide super size box, Tide regular size box, Tide small box, basically every possible version of laundry soap. They choked out the competitors by having all options under one brand. Doing this they dominated the limited stocking shelves in the grocery stores.

Strategic Marketing
Federal Express started business at a time when most people (96%) did not even think about overnight delivery. With one simple sentence Federal Express slaughtered the competition. "When you absolutely positively must get it there over night!" With this one sentence slogan, Federal Express single handedly slaughtered their competition and have lead the way ever since.

They educated the audience with one sentence when 96%of that audience didn't even know they needed the service. Strategic Marketing After 7 years of doing nothing but collecting checks with Trivta I decided to ramp up a campaign, basically to show off Veretekk. First of all I was impressed, and it did not escape my notice, that even though I had done nothing with Trivita for 7 years my checks continued to grow. This just does not happen in this industry.

This compelled me to thoroughly investigate why this was so. I had to do some in depth marketing research. I researched Google and found that the attrition issues with MLM were atrocious. I also discovered that MLM companies continued to grow but organizations within that company would grow and collapse in steady rhythm year-end and year-out. Some people refer to this as down line migration. Others would refer to it as MLM junky addiction. I also have my own anecdotal and empirical statistics to refer to as I have been in this industry for decades.

Then I intuitively researched similar parallel industries like insurance. The contrast was significantly different even though the compensations were similar. You see insurance is all customers to the agent. MLM is all distributors to the distributors.

After compiling this information the picture began to emerge and the strategic focus become clear. The reason Trivita was working for me even though I was not working Trivita was because my organization was almost all customers, not distributors.

The reason for MLM junkies was becoming clear. The story was right in front of me. Large, all distributor organizations would produce exponential leading edges of people only buying the product to make money. As these organizations grew the failure level in these organizations also grow exponentially. It is doom for all successful marketers and a dream that never materializes for the masses that come in all excited hoping to make money, so buy the product to stay in the game.

The strategic marketing campaign was born. I needed to educate the 90% of MLMers to discover what and why the reason they are failing is not there fault, it is the fault of a system designed to fail. That being that traditional MLM relies totally on selling product to distributors, not customers.

This is when I started putting together the Flash found at http://itsgoodbusiness.net. To educate the 90%+ of those on MLM why they keep failing. Go watch it. It is Strategic Marketing in its purest form.

I was not trying to recruit anyone. I was not trying to sell Trivita. I was focused on establishing credibility with honest, solid facts showing all of these people why they were failing. It worked. We had thousands registering for our weekly business conference. The conference illustrated and reinforced this objective. Distributor based organizations fail. The facts backed us up. The experience of those that attended confirmed this. We broke records.

My failure:
Unfortunately I did not train my down line to understand this strategic objective and campaign. As soon as my focus and involvement waned, as I needed to get back to the business of Veretekk, the organization fell back into the traditional aspect of tactical and operational action. The stellar results slowed down.

However, I was not aware of the process that is taught by the hired mentor, to prevent this. This is why I have dedicated myself to spend enormous time to teach all of you to understand, employ and focus on strategic marketing. So you conduct, understand and know how to deploy the ability to present in the aspect of strategic marketing.
